A digital game skin or cosmetic item for the game listed on the product page. After payment is confirmed, Steam trade delivery uses the Steam trade link you provide at checkout. There is no physical shipping.
Yes. The catalog is built from third-party skin supplier inventory, not user uploads. We show the game, item type, rarity, exterior, float, price, and available inspection links before checkout when that data is provided. Tekkubee is not affiliated with Valve or Steam and is not a peer-to-peer platform.

Card payments only — Visa and Mastercard. We do not currently accept crypto, bank transfers, or wallets.
Once the card payment is confirmed, we create the order and prepare the Steam trade delivery. If an order needs payment, fraud, item, or trade-link review, delivery may take longer.
Yes. Skin orders require a valid Steam trade link at checkout so Steam trade delivery can be completed after payment confirmation.
Yes. After every successful payment we generate a branded PDF invoice and email it to you, plus we store a copy in your dashboard so you can re-download it anytime.
Yes. An account keeps your cart, orders, invoices, wishlist, and delivery details together.
Contact general@tekkube.com or open a support message with your order number, Steam trade link, and the item name. A support person will review the order and help resolve it.
Refund requests must usually be lodged within 14 days. Delivered virtual goods are final unless the case fits the refund policy, such as incorrect item delivery, failed delivery, eligible pre-delivery cancellation, or order inaccuracies.
